Operator Technician I- D shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSunday from 06:30am to06:30pm )
Night Shift (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)Shift: Day Shift (6:30 AM-6:30 PM)Schedule: Flexibility to work assigned shifts across a 7-day operational week, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Monitor machine performance, identify minor issues, and report any malfunctions or production deviations to supervisors.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Complete production logs, reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with other production-related tasks and duties as assigned to support overall plant efficiency.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, up to 12 hours per shift.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Requires wearing a specified dress code for safety.
Operator Technician I- D shift Qualifications:
- Proven experience or demonstrated aptitude for machine operation.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
