Lab Technician/Dispatcher Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
Laboratory Responsibilities:
- Receive milk samples from truck drivers and prepare them for testing.
- Operate laboratory testing equipment and accurately record results.
- Provide completed paperwork and results to drivers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Follow established procedures and quality standards.
- Upon completion of training, participate in the certification process to become a certified lab technician.
Dispatch Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily dispatch operations, including processing and traffic management of company loads.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, management, and internal/external customers.
- Handle customer billing tasks and ensure accurate documentation.
- Complete driver settlements and perform TMW data entry and audit functions.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure timely follow-through on all assigned tasks.
Lab Technician/Dispatcher Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Outlook and Excel are required.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn both lab and dispatch functions.
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
