We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support both production operations and customer service functions. This role will split time between a print/production environment and customer interaction, ensuring high-quality output and a positive customer experience.

Production & Customer Service Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.75 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Assemble packaging, fold cartons, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate production printers/copiers to fulfill customer orders
- Handle inbound customer calls, process orders, and respond to inquiries
- Prepare quotes, follow up on proofs, and support order accuracy
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, email, and related correspondence
- Enter shipping and order data for invoicing and tracking
- Maintain organized customer records and files
- Assist with outbound customer follow-ups as needed
Production & Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience (high-volume or phone-based preferred)
- Production experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer systems
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
