Naganuma is expanding into the U.S. market and seeking its first U.S.-based Essential Account Manager. This role will focus on managing automotive customer relationships, supporting project execution, and ensuring quality and risk standards are met. This is a Hybrid remote position with frequent domestic and international travel.

Account Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 40.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Naganuma is expanding into the U.S. market and seeking its first U.S.-based Essential Account Manager. This role will focus on managing automotive customer relationships, supporting project execution, and ensuring quality and risk standards are met. This is a fully remote position with frequent domestic and international travel .Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with automotive clients Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs Travel domestically and internationally as required Support execution of wiring harness manufacturing from customer specifications Ensure quality standards and timelines are metIdentify and manage risk across projects and accounts Collaborate with global teams to support operations(Bonus) Assist with sales or business development opportunities
Account Manager Qualifications:
- Automotive industry expertise REQUIRED (must be a subject matter expert)
- Experience with risk management and quality management
- Knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing and interpreting customer plans
- Strong communication and client-facing skills Willingness and ability to travel frequently
- Account management or customer-facing experience
- Sales experience or interest in business development
- Japanese language skills (a strong plus) Experience working with international teams
