Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 19.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, including invoicing and payments
- Communicate with staffing agencies and submit weekly payroll hours accurately
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records using computer systems
- Assist with general office tasks and support daily administrative operations
Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:
- Previous accounts receivable and/or accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access)
- Familiarity with Gmail and Google Chrome
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
