2nd Shift Bilingual Production Lead
Looking for a hands on Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations and help drive safety, quality, and productivity on the floor. This role works closely with the team to keep production running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and ensure standards are consistently met.

2nd Shift Bilingual Production Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 04:30pm to03:00am )
- Support and guide production team members on the floor
- Help coordinate daily schedules, workflow, and priorities
- Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards
- Assist with training new employees and reinforcing best practices
- Track production data and communicate shift updates
2nd Shift Bilingual Production Lead Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (lead or informal leadership experience required)
- Strong understanding of safety and quality practices
- Hands-on problem solver with good communication skills
- Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
