Description
Primary Operator
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Plastic Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment used to produce rotationally molded plastic products including water tanks, plastic feeders, water caddies, trailer accessories, and related products. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Work Environment This position works in a manufacturing facility producing plastic products such as water tanks, livestock feeders, water caddies, trailer accessories, and custom rotational molded products. The environment may include exposure to heat, machinery noise, dust, and industrial equipment.

Primary Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate rotational molding and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare molds and materials for production runs
- Monitor machinery during operation to ensure product quality and consistency
- Trim, finish, inspect, and assemble plastic products as needed
- Load and unload molds, materials, and finished products
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Primary Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving machinery
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
