Office Dispatch Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.85 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Monitor shipments and support daily dispatch operations
- Update internal systems and track freight movement
- Communicate with team members and respond to operational or customer emails
- Coordinate logistics activities to keep shipments on schedule
- Perform general office support related to dispatch and transportation
Office Dispatch Coordinator Qualifications:
- Comfortable working on a computer and managing multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shift
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
