CNC Machinist Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $20.00 to $30.00 /hour
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 02:30am)

• Set up CNC machines, including adjusting workholding, tooling, loading programs, performing quality checks, and completing required documentation.
• Operate and maintain production specifications by following control plans, prints, setup sheets, troubleshooting processes, replacing worn tools, and making offsets.
• Perform quality assurance tasks, ensuring all parts meet quality and safety standards and documenting results.
• Deburr, clean, and properly tag parts, following process notes and identifying produced parts accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work cell, adhering to safety procedures, 5S practices, and completing housekeeping duties.
• Communicate effectively and support production flow, including documenting activities, preparing for the next shift, and performing additional duties delegated by leadership.
