Warehouse Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Ensure the line is properly staffed and ready for the workday, including temporary associates
- Assist the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements
- Assure the safety and security of associates and inventory
- Coordinate with other teams and departments on processes and procedures
- Monitor associates’ production standards and partner with Supervisor to ensure customer compliance, safety, and all company rules, policies and guidelines are met.
- Perform order fulfillment duties; reviewing and prioritizing available orders, determine stock requirements and maintain levels of required inventory
Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
- Schedule Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm & Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm
- Must be flexible to work weekends and holiday
- 1-3 years Distribution/Warehouse experience in a fast paced warehouse environment.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness and adaptability.
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Suites, Microsoft Office; experience with WMS systems a plus
- Ability to manage daily and responsive communication via virtual platforms, such as email and Slack
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Outstanding work record in the areas of safety and attendance.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
