Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughFriday )
- Shift Details:*** 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM* 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM 1st Shift Monday- Friday 7:00 AM- 3:30pm**
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery to assemble delicate medical parts according to precise specifications.
- Perform routine visual inspections and quality checks on assembled components, ensuring adherence to strict quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and log sheets as required.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality deviations to supervisory staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, cleanroom procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift.
- Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned
- Ability to frequently bend, squat, and lift up to 35 pounds.
- Possess excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for intricate assembly tasks.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating production machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience within the medical device manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures. A client interview is a mandatory step in the hiring process.
- A comprehensive background check will be conducted.
