Machine Operator
The Packaging Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring efficient operation of packaging equipment, maintaining product quality, and adhering to all safety and food safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment. Hiring for all shifts

Machine Operator Details:
Temporary position- $
20.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughThursday from 11:00pm to07:15am )
- Respond to production issues promptly, implementing corrective actions and making necessary mechanical adjustments.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and record-keeping tasks.
- Operate additional packaging equipment as needed to support business demands.
- Maintain work areas and equipment in compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and all safety standards.
- Actively contribute as a member of the IMA team, promoting collaboration across all shifts.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Perform additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
- Work independently with minimal supervision; demonstrate accountability and initiative in starting and completing tasks.
- Report food safety and quality concerns promptly and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous Machine operator exprience
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 15-20 lbs
- Communication skills
- Must be quality and customer service oriented.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand/lift/bend/walk during an 8 hour shift
- Ability to meet attendance guidelines.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
