Production Operator (1st Shift) Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Job Duties: - Stock and sort product and packaging supplies such as, film, boxes, lids, bottles, ink, labels, etc.
- Measure and examine materials and finished products to ensure conformance to establishedstandards.
- Inspect lot numbers, expiration dates, and other specifications before packaging.
- Place materials into containers, cartons and boxes.
- Seal containers or boxes using hands, fasteners, tape, and hand tools.
- Remove damaged or otherwise inferior materials or packing supplies.
- Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
- Clean and sterilize the equipment and tools as specified.
- Provide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.
- Reports to work regularly and on time.- Perform duties safely and to report unsafe conditions or actions.
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed.
Production Operator (1st Shift) Qualifications:
- Demonstrate attention to detail and problem sensitivity.
- Knowledge of food production processing.
- Must occasionally lift 25 lbs. or move up to 100 lbs. using pallet jacks.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and arms, and occasionally to pull.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
