- They have remained stable (no layoffs) through various recessions.. typically not impacted by the economy. They have great benefits at a low cost to employees. 90 days after they are hired on. Single/family coverage = $20 a week. Eye and dental can be added for a small additional cost. The client pays for life and STD. Attendance bonus. If worked scheduled 40 hour week. $1.00 per hour more attendance bonus 401K with company match. Paid vacation Can earn up to 2 personal days per year
Roofs Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Install and repair rubber roofing systems (no shingles)
- Perform roof decking and prep work
- Work on metal exterior structures, measure, cut, and fit materials
- Use hand tools and power tools safely
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards
Roofs Qualifications:
- Previous roofing experience REQUIRED
- Experience with rubber roofing
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift, bend, and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance & strong work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
