We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Coordinator to support daily operations, assist customers, and help drive sales. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $21-25/hr

Inside Sales / Customer Service Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, emails, and assisting walk-in customers
- Help with product information, order status, and service inquiries
- Coordinate communication between customers, installers, and project managers to ensure timely job completion
- Maintain customer files, job folders, and project documentation
- Follow up on quotes, payments, and installation schedules
- Process permits and maintain Lead RRP documentation
- Assist inside sales by meeting with customers to determine needs, recommend products, and provide accurate quotes and order details
- Enter and manage orders, quotes, and returns
- Follow up on leads and pending quotes to secure sales
- Confirm appointments, ensure customer satisfaction, and track shipments and installations
- Collaborate with teams for invoicing and job completion
- Recommend additional products and support sales staff and management as needed
Inside Sales / Customer Service Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or admin experience
- Construction, manufacturing, or home improvement experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with MarketSharp or WTS is a plus
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
