Assembly Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Assembling Components — Build and assemble parts for Greenworks electric equipment following production specifications.
- Operating Line Equipment — Use basic machinery and tools safely to support smooth assembly operations.
- Inspecting Finished Parts — Check assembled components for defects, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Maintaining Workstation — Keep your area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and 5S guidelines.
- Following Production Instructions
Assembly Operator Qualifications:
- Proven Assembly Experience — Prior hands?on assembly or manufacturing experience with a solid work history.
- Clean Background — Able to meet all background screening requirements for employment.
- Strong Attention to Detail — Capable of identifying defects, following precise instructions, and maintaining quality standards.
- Reliable Work Ethic — Consistent attendance, dependable performance, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to Use Hand Tools — Comfortable operating basic tools and equipment safely on the production line.
