Manufacturing Custodial Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Train, lead, and schedule custodial and sanitation team to ensure full facility coverage
- Clean, sanitize, and inspect production, office, and common areas per documented cleaning logs
- Manage inventory, chemical testing, labeling, and sanitation audits
Manufacturing Custodial Team Lead Qualifications:
- 2+ years of custodial and sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and understand English; bilingual preferred
- Proven experience training, leading, and managing team members
- Able to lift 20–40 lbs regularly, work OT, and adjust schedule as needed
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
