Machinist/Manual Mill Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:45am to05:00pm )
- Set up and operate manual mills and lathes to machine precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality of finished parts
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, depth) for optimal performance
Machinist/Manual Mill Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience operating manual mills and lathes required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
- Strong understanding of shop math and precision measuring tools
- Experience with Bridgeport and Prototrak preferred
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
