Parts Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Coordinate parts tracking, inventory control, and ordering of non-stock items
- Process parts sales and maintain accurate daily cash flow, including balancing and closing
- Resolve discrepancies and support inventory accuracy
- Provide customer service and respond to inquiries from customers and staff
- Assist with reporting, financial reconciliation, and general office functions
Parts Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required At least 1 year of related experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting 5–25 lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
