Client is a fast-paced office environment supporting automotive lease and vehicle lifecycle operations. This role focuses on coordination, reporting, and customer service support. Team members contribute to accurate recordkeeping and efficient daily operations.

Lifecycle Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Coordinate vehicle ordering, tracking, and lease activity
- Run accounting reports, balance transactions, and prepare daily deposits
- Maintain accurate records and assist with monthly reconciliations
- Support lease drivers, customer service needs, and internal communication
- Assist with paperwork for vehicle title, licensing, and out-of-state processes
Lifecycle Coordinator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required 0–1 year of related experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (including reporting functions)
- Ability to work in web-based systems and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
