We are looking for dependable and adaptable Production Line Workers to join our fast?paced manufacturing team. This hands-on role is essential to our production process and involves assembly, material handling, line replenishment, and quality control. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive physical work and willing to rotate between various production line positions.

Production Line Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 to $ 18.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- 1st shift typically starts at 6am and 2nd shift starts at 4pm. No set out time. No third shift.
- Hang products accurately on the production line based on ticket orientation
- Reload and replenish the production line to maintain workflow
- Read, scan, and process tickets to ensure correct product packaging
- Pick parts from the warehouse and prepare them for production
- Monitor product flow and anticipate production needs
- Rotate between production line roles as required
- Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards
Production Line Qualifications:
- Production or factory experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and tickets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast?paced, physically demanding environment
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English for safety reasons
- Overtime may be mandatory to meet production needs No set end time; flexibility is required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
