Maintenance Technician
The core of the job is running and maintaining machines that form brake pads during production. You’re responsible for keeping the line moving, making sure parts are made correctly, and fixing minor issues.
-Operate forming machines (presses, robots, auto-weigh systems)
-Keep production running smoothly
-Ensure brake pads meet quality standards

Maintenance Technician Details:
Temporary position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:30pm to12:00am )
You’re responsible not just for running forming machines—but setting them up, dialing them in, and fixing issues when production goes off track.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN experience
-High school diploma or GED
-7 years of consistent work history
-Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
-Previous factory or production experience preferred
-Ability to lift up to 50- 100 lbs repeataly and stand for long periods
-Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
-Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
