Building Maintenance Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Perform routine building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Complete drywall, painting, and basic facility upkeep tasks Inspect and repair doors, windows, and building structures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with preventative maintenance and support technicians as needed
Building Maintenance Associate Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or facility experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
