Setup & Process Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- Perform complete mold and/or die setup and changeovers.
- Start up and shut down production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.)
- Troubleshoot process, tooling, and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain consistent product quality and process stability.
- Support production teams during changeovers and daily operations.
- Use overhead cranes and forklifts to handle tooling and equipment.
- Complete production, setup, and process documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Setup & Process Technician Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with mold/die setups and process adjustments.
- Injection molding experience required
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working in a plant environment with physical demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
