Press Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 20.50 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- 1st Shift: Mon- Fri 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Some voluntary overtime offered on Saturday.
- 2nd Shift Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM - 4:00 AM. Voluntary overtime may be available on Fridays as needed.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Follow SOPs and work instructions to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Perform routine in?process and final inspections
- Load/unload materials and make basic machine and tooling adjustments
- Complete production documentation and records
- Assist with minor maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements
- Support material handling, waste removal, and packaging as needed
Press Operator Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Press Operator
- Demonstrated proficiency in Material Handling.
- Ability to Set-up press to run various parts.
- A keen eye for making precise adjustments during production to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Good longevity shown on resume and commitment to working the required schedule and overtime.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
