Program Representative Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Conduct on?site visits to present information on the benefits of participating products and programs offered.
- Deliver product and program materials to participating partners and provide training on benefits, usage, and implementation.
- Assist partners with successful implementation of products and programs.
- Help develop strategies to educate partners and strengthen partner relationships.
- Follow up with partners from initial offering through implementation and beyond to ensure high participation and long?term commitment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Program Representative Qualifications:
- One to three years of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, must be at least 21 years of age, and have a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds.
- Standing for approximately 60% of the workday and sitting for extended periods while driving.
- Travel up to 80% of assigned work time within a designated region.
- May include overnight stays, on some occasions.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
