We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Admin with QuickBooks experience required and prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
This role supports daily accounting operations and office administration. Job Duties:

Accounting Admin. Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and collections.
- Enter and reconcile financial data in QuickBooks.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist with payroll data entry and employee timekeeping records.
- Reconcile bank statements and monthly accounts.
- Track inventory costs, job costing, and production expenses.
- Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
- General office/admin duties such as filing, scanning, and answering phones
Accounting Admin. Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience is required AP/AR accounting experience.
- Manufacturing or welding industry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
