Payroll and Benefit Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
50,000.00 to $ 55,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
The Payroll & Benefit Specialist is responsible for payroll processing, benefit plan administration and providing support to the HR department. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Essential Functions:
• Payroll processing
• Benefit & 401(k) administration
Other: 1. Assist with special projects as needed.
2. Sustain effective and positive working relationships to ensure an environment that is in alignment with both the Company’s Core Values and profitability goals.
3. Be an ambassador for the company, both internally and externally to help build confidence, pride and value in the company.
4. Performs other duties as assigned by Director of HR.
Payroll and Benefit Specialist Qualifications:
- Outstanding time management, good judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines with a positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal collaboration and verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with others at all levels within an organization.
- Highly productive and a strong team player who works with a sense of urgency and hands-on approach.
