Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
• Set-up and run various CNC machine tools | Program and setup CNC Lathe/Mill Machines.
• Ensure all parts produced meet specs of print using proper measurement tools
• Ability to work within very close tolerances
• Read and follow drawings & job work instructions
• Perform routine machine maintenance • Load and indicate part to fixture
• Monitor tool wear, load tools and inserts as required
• Lift work piece manually or using hoist; secure work piece in work-holding device or load automatic feeding device.
• May perform basic deburring, sanding, filing, or finishing of machined parts.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
• Candidate will possess strong communication skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment, and meet time deadlines
• Must be able to read and understand drawings/blueprints and handle measuring equipment
• Must have knowledge of CNC milling/lathe machines
• Wage range/offers are directly controlled by years of experience/skillset
• Preferred : 3+ years CNC machining experience or Apprenticeship / College certificate of completion
