Production Shift Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.40 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
- Lead and support production employees during the shift to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Communicate with supervisors and other leads regarding schedules, issues, and shift transitions
- Train and support operators on standard work instructions, quality requirements, and processes
- Monitor production, perform quality checks, and assist with troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Ensure work areas are organized, materials are available, and paperwork is completed accurately
Production Shift Lead Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or production experience, with previous lead or trainer experience preferred
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate clearly, follow standard work instructions, and support team accountability
- Comfortable using basic production systems, paperwork, and quality documentation
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
