We are looking to hold a Flagging class here in Price to give the public a chance at getting certified for Flagging work! The class will be held on May 19th from 10am-2pm.

Flagger Certification Class Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Tuesday throughTuesday from 10:00am to02:00pm )
- Using hand signals and direction signs to direct traffic around road construction sites.
- Communicating with other flaggers using hand-held radios to direct two-way traffic onto a single lane.
- Informing the construction crew of any traffic issues that may affect their safety.
- Appropriately positioning warning and detour signs around construction sites. Setting up barricades and traffic cones along construction sites to cordon off certain areas.
- Removing all signs, barricades, and traffic cones upon completion of construction work.
Flagger Certification Class Qualifications:
Class Requirements:
- Must register or already be registered through Elwood Staffing
- $65 class certification fee
- Class will be held May 19th, exact location to be announced.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
