• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Plant Supervisor- Supervision Operations within a facility to achieve higher output.Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team and cross-train and develop skills for multiple machine function and workstations. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility meeting all OSHA standards Organizing, monitoring and prioritizing tasks to meet production goalsEvaluate various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiencyMaintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resourcesPhysically assisting with production when needed. Prepare shift for productionDevelop a culture of idea generation and creative problem solving that fosters a positive work environmentDevelop employees to become subject matter experts in their positions2+ years leadership experience within the manufacturing arena is preferred.
