We are seeking a detail driven, dependable experienced Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Process accounts payable, including receiving, reviewing, coding, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Prepare and issue vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential financial records
- Provide front desk and receptionist support as needed and assist with administrative tasks
Accounts Payable Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (required)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with accounting software, data entry, Microsoft Excel, and basic math
- Dependable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive financial information
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work independently
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting role (required)
