We are hiring an EXPERIENCED Industrial Painter to support a busy manufacturing facility producing high-quality components and winches. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety, consistency, and quality. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE LISTED ON A RESUME AND PASS FIT TEST FOR HALF MASK RESPIRATOR.

Industrial Painter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Prepare metal surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking, degreasing)
- Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment (airless, HVLP, conventional)
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
- Perform touch-ups and minor repairs
- Maintain paint equipment and a clean work area
- Pass a fitted test for half mask respirator
- Cross train in other departments (team player)
Industrial Painter Qualifications:
- Previous industrial painting experience required
- Strong prep and finishing skills
- Experience with spray guns and paint booth environments
- High attention to detail and quality
- HS diploma or GED
- English proficiency
- Good attendance
- Steel toe shoes
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
