Customer Service Specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
18.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 11:30am to08:00pm )
*Multiple shifts/schedules available
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Listen attentively to customer needs, identify problems, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Provide accurate, comprehensive, and clear information regarding company products, services, and policies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
- Familiarity with call center environment strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to type well and use a computer is required -
- Bilingual (fluent in English/Spanish) is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
