Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines and equipment
Follow production schedules and work orders to meet output targets
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report major problems to supervisors
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies
Accurately complete production and quality documentation Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
JOB POST ONLY- 1st shift Machine Operator Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
