Mechanic/Leadman Details:
Temporary position- $
30.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to05:00pm )
- Oversees daily production and maintenance activities during their shift
- Ensures operations run safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards
- Assigns and monitors tasks for team members
- Performs and coordinates maintenance work as needed
- Supports team members with hands-on assistance and guidance
- Enforces safety practices and compliance on the shop floor
- Completes and verifies workplace inspections
- Maintains equipment and ensures proper upkeep
- Ensures proper cleanup of work areas and equipment
- Communicates key operational updates between shifts
- Reports issues related to safety, performance, equipment, or production to the Plant Manager
Mechanic/Leadman Qualifications:
- Experience as a mechanic, lead tech, or similar role
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership ability and experience guiding a team
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage shift operations
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on work ethic
- Ability to identify and report operational or equipment issues quickly
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
