Team Lead - Various Shifts Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.89 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift
- Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production demands
- Must be flexible to support production schedules
- Automotive manufacturing facility with exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment
Team Lead - Various Shifts Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or automotive production environment
- Previous experience leading or training others (formal or informal)
- Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
- Ability to read production schedules, work instructions, and basic reports
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
