Scale Clerk Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Accurately weighs inbound and outbound trucks, records load information, and ensures all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Verifies bills of lading, tickets, and shipping paperwork while maintaining organized, up?to?date records.
- Communicates with drivers, dispatch, and yard personnel to coordinate traffic flow and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitors scale operations, identifies errors or safety concerns, and follows company procedures to maintain accuracy.
- Provides customer service by answering questions, directing drivers, and supporting daily logistics operations.
Scale Clerk Qualifications:
- Computer literate
- Will assist in the plant as needed to pull items off conveyor belt, so much be able to stand for long periods of time
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
