Shipping and Receiving
Shipping and Receiving position available at a manufacturing facility in Litchfield. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate inventory, receipts, and shipments, and maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Shipping and Receiving Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:30pm )
- 1st shift 5:00am-1:30pm (If overtime is scheduled will work until 3:30p.)
- Receive, verify, and document incoming and outgoing shipments against POs, invoices, packing slips, and BOLs
- Perform inventory counts, audits, counting/weighing of parts, and heat-lot documentation as required
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) when certified and follow wheel chock procedures
- Accurately prepare, package, label, stage, and ship products to meet on-time delivery and damage-free transport
- Complete and validate shipping paperwork, signatures, dates, photos, and required freight forms
- Perform product prep as required (tapping, cleaning, galvanizing cleanup) prior to shipping
- Store received materials in proper locations and manage recycled pallets for return to suppliers
- Inspect work for accuracy; report defects or issues to supervision.
Shipping and Receiving Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience shipping fabricated products.
- Experience working with transportation carriers.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written or electronic instructions.
- Strong math skills for accurate counting and verification (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
- Experience operating—or ability to become certified to operate—material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
- Experience using packaging equipment (banding, palletizing, shrink wrap, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work outside frequently
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
