Customer Service Rep - Bilingual - 1st Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $17.00 to $18.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:30pm)
  • Provide prompt and professional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries about loans, payment schedules, and account balances, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in understanding loan terms, interest rates, and payment options
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's financial products and services.
  • Accurately log customer interactions and update CRM systems.

Customer Service Rep - Bilingual - 1st Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • MUST BE BILINGUAL (Eng/Spanish)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or loans preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, loan processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
