Finishing Department Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.55 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and meet production standards
- Perform light finishing work such as deburring, cleaning, and assembly
- Package completed parts and prepare them for shipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Finishing Department Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
