LPM Press Operator
We’re hiring LPM Press Operators who want steady work, hands-on experience, and a team they can count on. You’ll operate press equipment, inspect finished parts, and help produce quality products in a safety-focused environment. LPM Press Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate and tend Low Compression Molding (LCM) press machines, loading and unloading materials
- Monitor production to ensure quality, weight accuracy, and specification compliance
- Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers
- Keep machines clean, lubricated, and running safely while following all safety procedures
- Work as part of a team-focused production environment, including overtime as needed
LPM Press Operator Qualifications:
- Experience operating presses or manufacturing machinery preferred
- Ability to read work orders, production schedules, and follow written instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools (utility knife, sanding block, pry bar, putty knife, etc.)
- Able to stand for full shifts, lift up to 45+ lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and consistent attendance
- Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
- Prior experience in fiberglass molding or manufacturing environments
