Quality Technicians Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Perform production line assembly of solar panel components
- Work with small parts requiring fine motor skills and attention to detail
- Set up and assist with basic machine operation and adjustments
- Inspect components for quality and accuracy during production
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team production goals in a fast-paced environment
Quality Technicians Qualifications:
- Experience in assembly, electronics, or similar production environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production setting
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow standardized procedures
- Preferred experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, production line or quality inspection
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
