Tube Bending Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 06:00am to04:00pm )
- Set up and operate tube-bending machines (manual hydraulic, or CNC). Bend steel tubing according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Perform measurments and layout to ensure accurate bends and tolerances.
- Select Correct tooling, dies, and material for each job. Inspect finished parts for accurancy, quality and defects.
- Make machine adjustments to maintain specification and repeatability.
- Handle materials safely and difficiently. Maintain a clean an dorganized work area.
Tube Bending Operator Qualifications:
- Previous Experience with tube bending or related fabrication equipment.
- Ability to accurately read blueprints, diagrams, and job instructions. Strong measurement and math skills.
- Experience working with steel tubing and metal materials.
- Attention to detail and qulity workmanship. Ability to lift, move, an d handle metal materials.
- Dependable, reliable and strong work ethic.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
