Sewing Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish textile or fabric-based products according to specifications
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards and identify defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain production speed and efficiency while meeting daily output goals
- Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning, threading, and minor adjustments as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures to ensure a safe and organized work environment
Sewing Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of sewing techniques, stitching methods, and fabric types
- Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions, patterns, and production specifications
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to stand for long periods and safely operate industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
