What's in it for you?
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (may work some Saturday's)
Shift: 1st Shift - 6AM - 2:30PM
2nd Shift: 2PM - 10:30PM
3rd Shift: 10PM - 6:30AM
Pay: $23 - $25 an hour depending on experience

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Operate production and packaging machinery such as slicers, conveyors, sealers, and labeling equipment
- Set up machines for production runs, including adjustments for product specifications and batch changes
- Monitor equipment performance and product quality throughout the shift
- Perform routine checks to ensure products meet quality standards (weight, seal, appearance)
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate more complex problems to maintenance
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing or food production preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
