Blade Processing Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
78,000.00 to $ 83,000.00 / annually First Shift
- This supervisor is responsible for the production of our aviation blades.
- Operations include Counterbore, Tap, Edge Set, and Grind.
- In order to produce these tools safely, with quality and efficiently, this supervisor needs to have a strong mechanical background and be able to allocate labor appropriately.
- The supervisor is responsible to comply, enforce, and uphold company policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook.
- All mill machines (CNC HASS and other Drills related to Tap/Counterbore)
- Machines related to edge set
- All machines related to grinding (AS1, DRS, Berger CNC, VG3)
Blade Processing Supervisor Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of maintenance experience
- 5+ Years in personnel management
- Associate degree (Not-Specific)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word Primarily)
- Proficient in management of Production awareness boards
- 5+ Years in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- 2+ Years of CNC experience (Set up and operating)
