Grillo's Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- This essential role contributes directly to our food manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and quality production of our fresh pickle products
- Operate and assist with various stages of the production line
- Handle, feel, and reach for ingredients and finished products according to specifications
- Ensure products meet Grillo's high quality standards and adhere to all food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
Grillo's Production Qualifications:
- Need to be ok with COLD environments as the food production areas are typically maintained at approximately 45 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
- Frequent handling, feeling, reaching, and operating production equipment Capacity to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary to perform duties
- Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 lbs. frequently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. with assistance or mechanical support
- Strict adherence to our dress code and safety requirements is mandatory for food safety and personal protection
- **Prohibited Items:** For hygiene and safety, all jewelry, artificial fingernails, and artificial eyelashes are not permitted
- Demonstrated experience as a Production Line Worker or in a similar manufacturing/production role is required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
