CNC Operator-Programmer Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- 1st Shift - 6:30a-6:30p
- 2nd Shift - 6:30p-6:30a
- Some OT and weekends as needed
- Program CNC equipment using G-code to meet product specs
- Proficient in CAM and FANUC systems
- Verify programs before production release
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines
- Read blueprints and job orders (dimensions, tolerances, tooling, feeds/speeds)
- Select and secure tools and workpieces in machines/fixtures
- Adjust controls for positioning, feeds, speeds, and depth of cut
- Set up fixtures/feeding devices and operate machines
- Monitor operations and ensure parts meet specifications
- Manage coolant/cutting oil flow as needed
- Sharpen tools using a bench grinder
- Other duties as assigned
CNC Operator-Programmer Qualifications:
- Non climate controlled, dirty environment
- Must have CNC operator programming experience
- Must be able to work OT and weekends as needed
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
